● About

Built by compliance practitioners.

Carbonorm started on the audit floor — the same gap surfaced on every engagement: spreadsheets break, supplier emails die, and the DoC arrives the week after the auditor. Carbonorm closes that gap.

● Our story

From the audit floor to a compliance platform.

Carbonorm started in 2025 when the founding team realised that across ninety packaging audits, the same three findings appeared on Day 1: an unsigned PFAS attestation, an unverified PCR claim, and a sub-grade mismatch. The teams running these audits were not under-skilled — they were under-tooled. The compliance binder, the cross-brand workbook, the unicorn analyst — every pattern worked until it suddenly did not.

Carbonorm is the system of record those teams need. Every flag cites the clause that triggered it. Every supplier response is graded against six audit dimensions before it reaches your inbox. Every DoC is generated with deterministic SHA-256 lineage and retained for the full ten-year statutory period.

PPWR is Wave 1. CBAM is Wave 2. The same supplier dossiers serve both. By 2027 packaging compliance and emissions compliance will be one workstream — and Carbonorm is built to be the shared layer underneath.
